Well this other sad piece was the result of a quick sketch and yeah the rest is history X3 as usual if you don't like it, don't bother with it!

Fictional Story:

May 24th 2002 John A MacDonald High School's annual Talent Show was underway again every year and this time, Nikko, JD, Ephraim and Justin decided to enter. Not being the most social person, the tiger was reluctant to do and mainly did it at the behest of his friends. They had no idea what they wanted to do exactly the Nikko mentioned something relating to music; a live rock band. It wouldn't be the first time that happened at the talent show. Last year there were three live music acts and they were amazing. Now here the four friends were, just off stage and waiting for the current act to finish.

The tiger paced back and forth just offstage, his tail swishing behind him as he walked and lightly tapped his fingers at his sides while taking a glance on the current act on stage. They were soon to be finished and him and his friends would be on there. He began to do some warm ups for his voice, vocalizing a little.

Nikko peeked from around the curtain before spotting Jasmine, a girl he been crushing on since he started going to high school. His tail wagged when he saw her. She and some of her friends had put together some makeshift posters. Few contained the name of the band the four friends came up with along with typical words of encouragement. Jasmine had one for Nikko as well. It was made in her typical girly manner with lots of bedazzled writing and hearts and other such things teenage girls did. "Still eyeing her, Russian wolf? Face it, I'm gonna dedicate a song to her and I'll get to see all those womanly curves she's got." Nikkos fur bristled and his upper lip curled and turned stiffly to face eye to eye with another wolf. A timber one, who had smug look on his face Nikko wanted to knock right off. The other wolf had been grilling the Baltic wolf since he came to the school, calling him or his country Soviet or Russian related and Nikko wasn't having none of that, but kept his cool. "Jasmine prefers real men, not filthy dogs like you. Also why are you here? Only instrument you can play is the damn flesh flute." The two growled a little at each other, prompting JD to get between the two and he firmly and sternly pushed the timber wolf back. He scoffed "How adorable. A goth, stoner, fag and lone wolf can some how get into a talent show.."

Justin caught wind of the tense conversation and made his way over. He wasn't one for confrontation, but had an extra boost of confidence, in the company of his friends. "That's because I can sing, Nikko can play the drums, JD can play the bass guitar and Ephraim can play the guitar. You sing like you swallowed a cheese grater, and your guitar playing is at best average. If you win this contest by some reason or another its either your dad is friends with the principle, or you fucked about half the girls in the front row." There was a stunned silence and the only noise heard was from the laughter from the audience at the act going on the stage. The wolf shoved past the tiger and huffed "Whatever...fucking losers...". He vanished backstage and the tiger looked at the feline and wolf, who looked a little stunned "Dude! Where did that come from?" Justin rubbed the back of his head "Mother...I get sarcasm from her." The donkey came over slightly dazed and was tuning his double neck guitar and plucking a few strings to test it "What I miss?"

After the current act had ended, Nikko twirled his drum sticks in his hands "Ok...once we're announced we go on stage!" As excited as he was, he was also happy Jasmine showed up and he got to show off for her. The drama teacher had came onto the stage and adjusted the microphone "Ok we have a new act this year...and one of my students Nikko is in this a rock band called...Canine and Stripes. Interesting name!" He took a moment to adjust the microphone stand and walked off the stage. Clapping came from the students as the four friends made their way on stage. Justin could catch the whispers of surprise from some students seeing him there, wondering why the quite book worm would want to be in a talent show. Jasmine and her friends jumped up waving their makeshift posters enthusiastically. Nikko gave a big wide smile and waved a drum stick at her and blew a kiss, which cause her to shriek in all her teenage girly bliss. Once the welcoming applaud had died down the tiger addressed the crowd. "Well...um thank you and I'll get right to it, we are gonna do three songs and they are-" before he could finish someone blurted out "Back Street Boys related?" A few snickers were heard throughout the auditorium. The tiger narrowed his eyes "If you have a problem. Leave. The exits are in the back and just to my right. Otherwise sit there and shut up," He took the microphone off the stand and held it in his hand before walking off the stage to opt the mic-stand away and came back "we're going to do three cover songs. Two from Led Zeppelin and one from Queen. First song is..." he took a deep breath and clenched the mic tightly in his hand "Stairway to Heaven."
