I swears I'm gently petting xD

My friend witnessed this lil kitten get grazed/hit by a car-literally flipping the poor thing. Its mouth was bloody but otherwise seems fine. The blood has been cleaned off and a bruised lip is all that visually remains. I took the kitten in since my friend was unable to, and so many of our shelters are full and turned it away. After a day of cuddling he/she seems ok-playful and in need of kitten toys and more kitten food!

To also help cover his or her care. I'm not totally sure on its gender to be honest. Lil Bab isn't too keen on showing his goods yet. He or she is a total cuddle bug. They even come to me now when I coo them over xD Though I had to hide my mirror...They confused it for a sibling, seeing itself in the reflection ;-; Breaks my heart when they cry for mama and siblings.....

I'd also like to mention that the mama cat was no where in sight....my friend has a huge heart and couldn't leave the baby behind.

UPDATE: All is good with our little girl! The vet said she's about six weeks old-at 1.5 pounds, she is pretty small, but otherwise healthy. and her lip is healing well. All that I need to do now is get her tested for diseases~ and then vaccinated when she's a bit bigger!
