The Dragons of Green Cater are a race of critters who have nave naturally adapted to the high radiation that surrounds the area. They,re an isolated group that have been kept away fron the outside for thousands of year. It was until they were discover by the Continental League that they became known. The League became aware of their prescene when high energy readIngs were found in an area that was thought to be deserted. A despatch team was sent and the small team found an old village locates near the remants of prehistoric meteor. The league be came interested with meteor do to the high amounts of amounts energy being emeted by it. A partnership was soon created and the small village become the Ascension enervy plant. The native were granted RCS's (radiation containment suits) to be able to the outside with the risk contimating unsuspected individuals.
