A Manectric character I was working on a while ago. Trying to set up a bio and such for him for any story I might want to use him in.

Also pay no mind to the spaceman in tow. Think of him as a bodyguard. Or something. Haven't quite worked it out yet.

I think he'd look pretty good in a suit. Nothing quite as flashy or "80s vice cop" as Leo's duds, just something slick and intimidating.
