As much as Ozzie loves to regress into a baby, there are times when its either inconvenient or sudden and unexpected. Having worn diapers instead of underwear for so long, Ozzie thought he would try some out to remember how they felt. They were comfy, but he still felt bare without his padding. Soon enough he began to regress as his mind wondered and his undies felt more familiar as they shifted into diapers and he was left as a padded lil baby on the floor. Guess underwear just isn't all that great. X3
