I can't resize Text the way it's done in photoshop..As far as I can see there's isn't a Transfom comaand for layers...

In paint shop pro, you have to stretch things with the bounding box that's around the text, hehe..

Usually when it looks like it's too transparent, or too thin, or whatever else, it's because your stroke/fill settings need to be twiddled with. When you don't have a stroke around the text, it actually splices into the font itself and makes it look choppy and disconnected
