He survived the crash, but will he escape enemy territory? This is a quick concept for one of our 3D projects. This character was really supposed to be a special ops soldier, but we made him a downed fighter pilot instead. As we made it, this new direction brought up multiple concerns. We felt shaky over the production challenges of a transparent visor and an oxygen cord for 3D printing. We thought the inclusion of a helmet would be a fun prop to sculpt but it got swapped out for a tactical dagger the moment we got into 3D over him.

The choice of a helmet for garren had an ulterior motive. It was done to communicate bad news to a group of people who know about Sanders. We want to mention this because it is a bizarre thing that we thought would be worth sharing. There's a bunch of game developers that know about Sanders's problems and they once wanted to help him out in any way they could. We rejected this offer. They wanted one of us to draw ourselves as a wolf here, but I didn't I just drew a generic anthro wolf if you ask me, but I applied my own style to it which is informed by working at insomniac and some other sources.

We used to have a tendency to see my life through the intense lense of an action film. It makes us do things and act aggressively... but subtly, so as not to disturb others. At this time I feel like I have to be zen. Being zen can be intense too. I want it be the greatest soldier ever? No, because that's not what Sanders needs. We need to calmly make our commissioners mindblow over our products. We haven't pulled off a minblow yet in a picture. The closest one that I have is maybe OwOvrwatch. I know we can make some good ones.
