This fella is from the Prairie Dawgs collection from the United China & Glass company. Others in the collection include Wyatt Arf, Bronco Bully, Dalmatia Mae. They show up on eBay occasionally.
There was another Yippee Coyote in a Quick-Draw McGraw episode:
