That little wrap on Ellie's head can double as a face mask as well. Often times she'll wear one that has a cartoon face on it, a barfing rainbow squirrel or just neon stitches. Due to the design being in the front of the sleeve its not visible when she wears the sleeve on her hair leaving just a blank color.

She will use it as a mask if there's poor air quality or she's out, boating, driving or hiking on an adventure.
