Probably my guess was that Rocko's mom came for a visit for a mother and son reunion along with to share the moment of the time when she used to carry and bounce around in her pouch when Rocko is just a baby. x3

It's a shame he only ever wore a diaper on the opening. We'd get a bang good episode of Rocko pretending to be a baby for a number of reasons.
