"The two boys wanted into rooms seeing that quite a few were like guest rooms, or just other rooms. Nic walked further into one of the rooms alone while Rio walked to previous rooms. He sat the the bed, and it felt soft like it was only now used.
"How long has she had these rooms?" Nic thought to himself, and then walked to the Armour across the way. "Was she expecting us for years?"
Inside were folded clothes that weren't even dusty. He took out some underwear, some pants, and a shirt, he managed to get the underwear and pants on with no problem, but the shirt is where he stopped. He looked it over and then looked at his wings. It wasn't going to fit out the back of the shirt and there were no slits in the back either for his wings.
"I guess not." Nic said, but kept the shirt on a little still and looked at his wings "what am I suppose to wear then?"
Then Rio walked to the door "You found something to wear, Nic?"
Nic looked and saw him in dark jeans and a belt only "I see you couldn't find something to wear over your chest either?"
"Nah," Rio said "I'm just not use to wearing shirts. Couldn't always afford them back home."
"But you could afford those pants?"
"Don't look into it." Rio said and looked round the room "Sweet place, There's another bedroom with a weight set in it."
"I don't get it." Nic said and looked at his wings again "Why is she doing all this? How long has she been planning this?"
"Why worry?" Rio shrugged "It's good living and safe, she even sounds sincere about it all."
"For all we know she has a secret agenda, how do you think I got... these?" and he fluttered his wings a bit.
"I got caught for looking a gift horse in the mouth." Rio said They ganged up on me while I was asking questions and got jumped."
"So, I shouldn't think about it?" Nic just looked at himself and looked away "it just doesn't sound right." And then he threw the shirt away "I'm gonna ask her after I find something to wear."
"Just go shirtless." Rio said "You are a guy."
"I don't like to show my torso." Nic said "It feels odd."
Rio paused for a bit looking at him. "You do you." he said and then left.
it took some time and Nic pulled out a thin robe that seemed tie-dyed. It had nowhere his wings could stick out, but it felt too big for him. He folded his wings close, threw on the robe, and then ran out to find me."
