I wasn't so sure I'd finish this one, but apparently I did, and I'm quite glad I did too as I like how it turned out. I was debating how to do the shading and light effects, like should I just do flat colours, or have a slight glow effect... but then it occured to me: It's meant to be rainy and stormy, right? have the light going with the rain.

So that's why all the scratchy lines for shading/lighting are all going the same way (that and if they went other ways, like if I was trying to get a more 3D effect, which could still work, but for this, I don't think it'd work quite as well. Well, it might, no telling really.)
