I don't know how i feel about youtubers being in fetish related art, I feel like they should be left out of this kind of art, unless they admit to liking Vore or other "insert other fetltish here" or if they are ok with that kind of fanart, but thats just me and maybe i am weird for thinking that

I'd call it an unfortunate misunderstanding. I think Jack would personally be more concerned about all the NSFW "Septiplier" fan art. XD If it were me I'd remove any mention of vore from the tags and browser info. The image itself itself is only vaguely vore related and mostly if the viewer takes it upon themself to make that connection. Really though the truest answer is that only the artist can do anything about it, I get your point though.
You know, Pennywise's reaction is actually very fitting, because of course Jackcepticeye would be difficult to scare, not just because Jack's played a ton of horror games, but because adult fears are actually more harder for Pennywise to interpret than kids, in fact this is primarily why he prefers going after children more. XD
Other than that it's adorable to see Jack just being excitable around Pennywise much to Pennywise's chagrin and confusion. XDDD
