Remember his first ever big ICBM test day last year or so? All of them failed.
Interestingly he launched a bunch of SCUD types at the same time of each launch that day as if to throw up a bunch of distraction targets -and all of those failed too. You would think that even with craptacular shoe-string commie tech at least one of the SCUDs would have worked...
I cant shake the suspicion the Pentagon had an unannounced test day of it's flying ABM laser at the exact same time. The laser so awesome they wrapped a 747 around it... ^_^

Though I certainly love Godzilla,and that cartoon is cute,I can't help but to think of "You Only Live Twice",where James Bond goes to Japan to stop SPECTRE's rocketship from starting World War III.
And I wound not be surprised if was North Korea that hired Blofeld and SPECTRE to carry out that space rocket caper.
