This next part shows you how to construct her body, and how to properly draw her in different poses.
The top one is the standard pose, the one that is somewhat based on how she's drawn in the movie. Of course, her head and face looks somewhat different from the way she looks in the movie. Always try to make her look somewhat unique. It can be realistic, cartoonish, or you can just adapt the movie version. Whatever you feel is more comfortable.

It's always ok to look at references of other dogs to try and figure out poses for her. If you're stuck on drawing a pose, then try looking it up. Use references when needed.
Now, as for the third picture, was something I came up with on the spot. One of the ways you can do this is to use the "line of action" thingy. It will give you an idea where you want her body to be positioned in, and sort of give you an idea what kind of pose you want.
Keep her body consistent as possible. Use circles to show where her head, body, and backside is positioned, and how big there supposed to be. Try it out on screenshots like this:

If you can do that, then drawing poses of her should be no big deal. Always practice, and keep up the good work! Remember, sketch first, detail second!
Questions, comments, intellectual curiosities are always welcome! ^^

Hehe yeah it takes some skill to get the pen flow that smoothly. It's just a matter of taking your time. I used Clip Studio Paint Pro to draw these tutorials, and I just put the stabilization to max. And I use the Rough Pencil tool, to be able to get that sketchy look to it.
Hope it helps you! ^^
