I've been calling this character's aesthetic Glamourpunk. It's not quite glam rock, so much as grabbing punk things and making them pretty or grbbing glam things and sticking metal spikes on them. Plus a healthy dose of cyberpunk of course.

I also finally decided to give them a proper name that isn't just a basic functional descriptor of what they can do.
