Another upload. I looked around and decided I need more art of my fursona with her clothes on.. then I realized I wanted to draw something that was about her within the world she comes from.. THEN I realized it had been a while since I had a submission that was in any way animated, so I made this. It's simple, but I didn't want to do anything too complicated. I mean, I did want to do something complicated.. but I figured it would be best to keep this one simple. Overall, I do like how this came out. (Maybe I should offer commissions like these..)

(Boring background stuff that no one else will care about. Please ignore, it's useless information and I get off track at points. Read the TL;DR)

Kierra is of course from the same world that my comic is about. Having come from the Red Wolf territory in the south of Sraik, she eventually became part of the Sraik Army. The time period in which Kierra resides in is supposed to be further in the future than what is shown in the comic; however, it's not so far in the future that it doesn't resemble the comic version but far enough that there is a different shift in what is known and utilized regarding magic, which is the biggest point I'm trying to make. In the comic, not much is known about the stones and their true powers (Hell, they're just figuring out how to make ice.. well in the flashback that's currently going on which is ~5 years prior to the start of the comic, but not as much progress has been made for a few reasons and I'm rambling..) Anyways, because it's the future (and might be exlpained at somepoint but bleh ignore me) more has been discovered, and one ability is to utilize white/water stones in order to heal wounds. (And while I really REALLY want to go into the whole background of why it's only a white/water thing and indeed why it's something that exists in the comic universe, I need to not try scaring off anyone that attempts to read this.) So anyways, having a natural love of water and water based magic my fursona learns and performs healing magic. Shown on her outfit is of course the Sraik emblem on her right shoulder. I was thinking of designing the emblem to reference her as a healer, then I thought, "Darn, I couldn't show it if I wanted to because those go on the left shoulder.." THEN I figured hey, I can do whatever I want (and to tie it into the cannon of the comic, the "dress codes" are less strict than in the current comic's time and yes it will be for an actual reason that I already know of..) So the healer symbol is the blue emblem on her outfit, but that's probably obvious. The other emblem on her pants is a special one as well. I'm not sure how many people actually checked out my fursona's ref sheet (probably not many) but this symbol was there as well. It's the emblem for the Red/Dark Brown wolves in Sraik. These 2 clans are the only two to have a strong connection with one another, all others tend to stick to themsevles unless it's for the occasional trading which was rare in previous ages, but certainly more common in the current (comic) time. (And I'm going to stop now before I write out 5 paragraphs of Sraik lore.) What I'm saying is, the emblem is a special one because it shows what clan she comes from, and it also represents, in a way, the history of 2 clans in Sraik. Also, as referenced on her REF sheet (hehe) she's holding her own personal Water Stone. (Because, yes, White Stones are rare and just becuase it's my fursona in the comic's universe doesn't mean she gets one automatically.) Anyways, there's tons more I could go on, and on about regarding the history of everything and why things are the way they are; but I don't want to bore people. So, yeah. TL;DR below for recap.


TL;DR: My character is a healer within the universe she exists, which is also my shitty comic's universe. She has 2 emblems on her pants, you can probably guess what they mean.
