At the last minute I thought about taking some fabric with me to Anthrocon and making patch badges that you don't need to hang on a lanyard. Instead, you pin them anywhere on your clothes...that you or a friend can reach anyway. I ended up taking commissions for these but again, because of my bad marketing skills, I only got two requests (Here's another example). I've got lots of leftover fabric, so in a day or two I might try getting rid of it by commissioning out a few of these.

It's basically drawn with a fabric marker on a piece of cloth, and then cut out. It SHOULD be washable, but I haven't yet tried it myself. Only problem is, I'm sure if it goes through enough abuse, the edges will start coming apart more, but I just make sure and trim any loose strings occassionally so that I can at least delay the inevitable.

This particular badge was pinned on my sleeves for the entirety of the con. I think I slept on it once or twice.
