Monty and Vance share a very unique relationship. They understand one another on a whole different level. Where Vance is extremely dominant and aggressive, Monty knows that under that thick skin, he's a very passionate and protective guy.

Monty on the other hand is just too stubborn to let bigger guys get the better of him. While he may be small and fragile, Vance admires his tenacity and wit. Both are excellent swimmers, but Vance is the best of the two since he can breathe underwater.

They share moments where they're constantly 1-uping one another, but it's never to be "Better" or "superior". It's a method of teaching and challenging one another.

Vance, the shark, is a big beastly brute. Physically powerful and aggressive, He can go toe to toe with other larger beasts and come out on top. If he can't intimidate his opponent, he'll beat the smack out of them. He'll move mountains to get what he wants.

Monty is the smaller of the two and very fragile compared to his other half. However, he makes up for this with his incredible speed, agility, and flexibility. On top of that, he's a stubborn "go getter", not one to back down from a challenge. Quitting isn't an option for this lizard, no matter how big the obstacle (or shark).

Together, these two can do practically anything.

I've been thinking of making a comic or even some kind of game of this duo where they face challenges together that require them to work together to reach their goal.
