In the first story that Shadow turns up in, he goes to a drag party wearing a Marilyn Monroe outfit. Specifically, the 'Seven Year Itch' dress. He wasn't all foxy yet, he sort-of 'took over driving' Pavel's body for a brief while. At the time he was in full Marilyn mode, including a fake dimple, make-up, falsies and a bloinde wig! Here is is posing, just in the dress. Utterly awesome. Note that Shadow is... VERY immature. He does drag for the comedic value, not necessarily due to being a transvestite. He doesn't /mean/ harm, but he can be offensive when he doesn't mean to be. Essentially, he has aduly knowledge, the world-experience of an infant and the libido of a hyperhormonal teenager. And nd almost zero common sense. He IS getting better!
