Yeah the tom tom is a bit too loud over the guitars. beat should be a little less than the surrounding harmony. Nice intro where is the rest? (I used to listen to R.A.T.T. before they got well know a few years ago, they used to play in a friend's mom's garage in San Ramon, California, I also know the drummer of Savatage but I never got to watch them play.)
