You and I can keep going on; we just need to take a breath.

Most of the times tricks are played on us by our own minds. It’s hard to believe in hope when the heart is too frail from wounds.

But no matter what you believe, or see, or think: there are people out there for you. There are people who care. You matter. And I do, too.

Seek out loved ones. Let yourself to be taken into their arms, and then, take a breath. It’ll be alright, take your time to recover. No one can be strong always and that’s what makes of us living beings after all. It’s okay to be you the way you are.

Keep doing your best, I assure you that’s enough even if you don’t think so. Even if people say otherwise, each step you take no matter how small is a victory.
