I've always loved the aesthetics of Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos, and I know Halloween adoptables tend to be popular. So I dared to be different and made a few DotD themed adopts. I decided to make 2 "classic style" DotD and 2 adopts based on symbols related to DotD, though not decorated with standard DotD designs.

Sugar Skull Glider
Sugar skulls are popular treats made of sugar and decorated with calavera-style designs given to children or used as offerings on alters dedicated to the deceased.

Monarch Dragonfly
Monarch butterfly migration passes over Mexico around the time of the Day of the Dead. Because of this, monarch butterflies are sometimes seen as the messengers of the dead.

Marigold Lioness
Marigolds are placed upon alters or graves of late loved ones. These flowers are thought to attract souls of the dead to the offerings.

Calavera Zebra
The skeleton is a treasured symbol of Day of the Dead, and those celebrating will sometimes paint their faces with a stylized depiction of a skull, a calavera.

Winner can choose to receive glow-in-the-dark version. Winner can also choose to ask for a simplified versions of markings on a chibi base for an additional fee, unless AB'd (will come for free if you want it).
Minor changes (changing/removing certain markings, changing some colors eg eye, hair, skin, etc) are free with purchase. I still have the layered files so feel free to ask.
Back views of all characters can be discussed for an additional fee. Warning: May not be full back image, or parts may not match up 100% since I use many parts without a back-view.
