I made a monster who was made from the cauldron by Lord Wiz as he fuses a electric eel with somethings that he thinked about however he wonders what does he sound like as he saw his 2 goons saw that their was a show called Darkwing Duck with the villian Megavolt so Wiz made him sound like him for Voltaeel he uses electrical powers as he makes the Wizs by making his real plan a lightning rod from a radio tower somewhere as he plans to use it plus he even has a thing with electrical appliances as he puts it to built himself a army of robots as well by turning the medievalangers into light bulbs so he can power up his weapon which is a giant flashlight however once it was destoryed and the rangers give back the appliances as he gets short circuit as Weatherette uses water over him then he gets a growth potion as he turns giant however he attacks the medieval robo but gets wet causing him to short circuit thanks to the mermaid however the good guys defeat him as he saids No my shocking plan is over which he gets defeated not destoryed as Weatherette helped the rangers by turning giant and used a flood on him later Voltaeel saw Weathervanetta who laugh at him by having more punishments then her
