Terms of Service:

General Information:
> Must be 18+ for all my commissions
> I will be sending W.I.P. You must be active enough to respond once I send you the W.I.P for a ok of continuing. This is for all fazes. Meaning once you give me the ok of the sketch phase and the lineart stage begins you CANNOT add changes or extra stuff on to the sketch of the character or background unless you are willingly to pay extra for the change (this is allowed to be denied of course)
> Once the Line Art is complete you CANNOT ask for a refund. The only means of getting a refund after this stage is if I failed to complete your order or I cancel your commission for any reason.
> I accept MAINLY Paypal but other payments are open for discussion.
> References must be given upon character commissions (Example is if you want me to do a full body of your character do not only give me a headshot, If you want the back of your character to be drawn but I only have a front example then thats also cannot be accepted) NO TEXT DESCRIPTION
> If you have no references of your character commission and want to try the text description.. then the commission may take LONGER to complete. Refunds are NOT available in these types of commissions (even if the line art hasn't even started) and can only be refunded if I have not started on the sketch. You MUST be active to reply on this commission.
> Character Sheet Commissions are available ranging from $25-$40+ in USD. Examples of Character Sheet can be viewed here: Aniri Character Sheet
>Food Icon Commissions are available. They are not linked relations to the price sheet commissions involving chibis making them much cheaper than standard chibi commissions. Food Icons are here:

> Do not be shy to contact me over your commission status. However please keep everything professional and strictly business related to the commissions. I would like to always look back to notes without any problem to keep your commission progress nice.

My Rights as a Artist:

> I can deny your request of my commission for whatever reason.
> I have the right to post commissioned art (You can request for it not to be posted but I am allowed to deny it)
> I will not accept commissions that has me trace/recolor/editing someone elses art.
> Please do not spam me daily or within every hour about your commission. At least give a 48 hour period in regards updates on commissions to be shown. Otherwise questions are fine.

Commissioner Rights:

> You have the right to repost your finished commission but with proper credit. (I accept crediting with "SheppyNano")
> You are allowed to commission art for things such as Youtube, Icons of Social Media Platforms, or even signs.
> DO NOT USE THE COMMISSION FOR PROFIT WITHOUT PERMISSION
> You have the right to receive a reply from me within a week notice if there was no excuses of me being too busy to contact you.

I will draw:

Humans, NSFW, Furry/Antro, Nudity, Monster/Demon

I will not draw:

Extremely Muscular Characters (Its not my best strong suit), Messed up Anatomy requests, Underage Characters (for NSFW Commission), Realism, Mechanical Characters, Certain Fetishes, Certain types of Gore
