Isn't that awkward to walk in? I watched the video, and it looked like you were having a bit of trouble getting the paws to fall right when you took a step forward.

first time wearing the entire costume so she got a little tripped up, but the movement is actually way easier than you'd think

Holy crap... that's insanely amazing movement on those legs.

I have a current commission elsewhere for a bipedal fullsuit of my chraacter that's not due for 18 months or so, so I haven't sent over the DTD yet. Would it be possible to re-use the bodysuit in the costume I'm getting made now with a quad-suit, and just have you make the replacement arms/legs/head to use it as a quadsuit? If so, anything I should know about posture for the DTD?

And yes, I'd be perfectly able to send you the resulting bodysuit and DTD to work with, and can have the suit builder buy extra fur so it'll all be the same type on the extra set of parts, just checking if the idea's even remotely possible, or better to just have you build the whole thing as a separate quadsuit?

the issue with that is on a quad there is alot of butt padding to extend the torso and the face of the animal is extended away from the wearers face to elongate the neck

Ah, the butt-padding part I didn't know about, ditto the face placement being an obstacle as I just saw the couple of pictures that showed the quad-heads looks to be extra-tall normal heads on the unicorn for example. Just saw your note about not liking to make bodysuits, and thought I'd ask in case the idea was even feasable, it actually was the unicorn-picture of it standing on it's hindlegs that made me wonder about the idea at first. Thanks for the quick reply!

Would you have any interest in doing an avian-headed quad (no wings though) at some point, before I go saving up the cash just to find it's not a commission you're interested in?

Cool. Always better to ask first with suit-builders, some are particular on the types of suits they're willing/wanting to take on for whatever reason.

I'll touch bases in a couple weeks when I have the finalized concept art available so I can get a quote, etc.

This is just absolutely amazing beyond words. Really the only thing about the suit that looks a bit awkward are the front legs. They seem a little long. But I can only imagine the work that went into this. It's freaking unbelievable. o.o
