I mean, it can be somewhat fixed with medical help (or help from Kree), because he's conscientious enough not to just take over someone's mind… but it's almost impossible to properly remove a full Kree-ification, so you'd be stuck with a tiny little bit of Kree laying dormant somewhere in the back of your brain
