About mask Demons:
Mask demons are demonic beings who have been altered with a spinal implant which fuses to their body and causes the growth of various metallic/bony spines and projections, including the iconic mask. A mask demon will ALWAYS have a mask covering the majority of his face, especially the eyes; sometimes the mouth is still visible (like so), and the eyes may or may not possess an optic visor in lieu of eyes.

The creation of a mask demon is an event of control and domination for most demons, and the demon must be loyal to his owner. Many are turned into maskies as punishment or to ensure the minion will be obedient, although some undergo the procedure willingly to increase their power in exchange for servitude. A mask demon cannot remove his mask, even if he is freed by his master's release or death. The only thing that would remove the mask is to extract the symbiotic spine, which would likely kill the demon.

Mask demons are an all-male species that can either possess internal or external genitalia; they are drawn without on adopt sheets so the refs are SFW. They are humanoid with digitigrade legs (most commonly ending in hooves) and long tails, usually smooth and tapered. Individual features may vary (especially for the halloween event!).
