It's not often that a lamb effectively gets to wear a wolf, and yet, here we are. Normally a sheep should find itself facing a gurgly gastric demise when within a wolf belly, but this lamb happens to be lucky enough to be gestating comfortably in my womb, the little thing weighing heavily on the insides of my hips as little hooves kick and poke my uterine walls. Prey animals are so independent once they're born, but no one thinks about how big, active, independent, and ready to go they are before they even leave the womb...
