yeah but thats probebly to do more with the fact the use the same body models also its all fantasy. its jsut easier for us humans to spot diffrent sexes via physical attributes. for us its breasts.
Now if Dylian was a real life humanoid dilophosaurus she´d not have breasts but maybe smaller crests. i though like the non mammal mammeries
