You do not have to own a Stardragon to participate in these events or create for these prompts, but you must have a Stardragon or MYO slot to be included in the prize raffles.

★Drawing Prompt - Paper Doll Costumes★

......Remember paper dolls? Probably not, but the basic concept is creating clothing items, accents, and accessories that fit over the general shape of the MYO base.

........★Submitted costumes become free to use for the SD community, so that Stardragon owners may use them to dress up their characters for halloween using the MYO lineart base.

........★Users will be free to edit the costumes to fit their dragon. The fit may not be perfect across the board since the species vary, but would it be a silly halloween costume if it DIDN'T fit weird?

........★The minimum requirement for a costume entry is a LINEART. Though people are encouraged to provide linearts, colored versions, and even color variations if they are so inclined!

........★Submissions should be provided as TRANSPARENT PNGS that can be placed directly over a design in image editing software.

........★DO NOT EXPECT OR DEMAND THE CREATOR OF THE DESIGN TO EDIT THE COSTUME ONTO YOUR CHARACTER FOR YOU. You are allowed to offer your assistance with image editing for others for free or pay, but don't go bugging people who aren't offering ya dig?

........★These are free to use whenever and don't necessarily have to be halloween themed! But we figured the concept of dress up is fun for a themed event!

......Writing prompts can also be concept pitches as opposed to standard prose. We're not going to grade you for grammar per se, but your entries should be at least somewhat polished and thought out.
......If you are so inclined, you are encouraged to include illustrations to accompany writing prompts! But drawings are by no means required.
......Prompt topics may overlap, we're looking for fun and creativity rather than a strict assignment.

........★Please submit a 2-3 sentence summary along with your story including all content warnings. (You can put it at the end if you don't want to spoil, but this helps us organize entries and tag them properly.

........★There is no rating cap for these entries! That being said, should you decide to delve into the truly horrifying (or just the truly icky) PLEASE explicitly state content warnings.
.........We've got some people who are tough as nails and want to see the really spooky, but even they have their squicks. We want this to be fun and comfortable for everybody.

........★Bonus points if written as a legend or fireside scary story and where it would exist within the universe. Is this a bed time story to get little starpuffs to behave? Is this a widely known legend across all of Jo'Arca? Or maybe a local myth or urban legend?

............★Monsters people assume appear this time of year, and the traditions that go with them to appease those beasts.

........★We all love candy and treats, but maybe you can come up with something unique for the holiday. How does your Stardragon celebrate Helgins Haunt? What secret family recipes and other sugary traditions do they uphold?

......Entries are not judged or ranked, instead they grant a ticket to raffled upgrade prizes. (We may do honorable mentions at the end though, if any entries really blow our socks off, which you guys honestly always do.)

Legendary Upgrade Potion - Grants the user the power to enhance any one Stardragon (pre-existing or MYO) to the legendary rarity tier and add and change traits accordingly.

........Only ONE Legendary potion will be awarded this season. The winner will be chosen via number generator from a combined pool of both MYO purchasers, and event participants.

Rare Upgrade Potion - Upgrade any one Stardragon (pre-existing or MYO) to the rare rarity tier and add and change traits accordingly within the rare tier and below.
Uncommon Upgrade Potion - Upgrade any one Stardragon (pre-existing or MYO) to the uncommon rarity tier and add and change traits accordingly within the uncommon tier and below.

........One rare and one uncommon potion will be raffled as prizes exclusively to event participants!

Raffle Notes:
......Both the writing and drawing entries count towards talent show event participation and are counted in one pool for raffle purposes.
......One or more entries will award a maximum of ONE raffle ticket. You cannot earn more raffle tickets by submitting multiple entries. Additional entries are permitted but just for fun.
......Purchasing one or more MYO will award a maximum of ONE raffle ticket for the legendary raffle.
......Participating in the event AND purchasing a MYO will award any single user a maximum of TWO TOTAL raffle tickets for the legendary raffle.
