I remember passing by this hotel last year (bringing back a pizza to my room in the Westin) and thinking it would be a nice place to stay for AC.

This year my wishes were granted and AC got con rates here. If you want a quiet place to crash during AC I highly recommend staying here. If you want to party all night and get about 2 hours of sleep, go to the Westin. :P

I found out this building used to be the home of "American Trouser Company - makers of ATCO Trousers.." years ago. Compare this picture with the drawing on this bill from the 1930's.
