Oh, and here's the rule:
If you have two independent clauses, they must either be separated by a comma and a conjunction, a semicolon, or an end punctuation such as a period or question mark.
And if you want to see REALLY picky, there should be a comma before Stinky, which should be capitalized.
Booyah.

I Googled a bit and found a cartoon that purports to be the one in question. It features an obviously tacked on ending to an existing Road Runner cartoon in which Wile E. does manage to kill the Road Runner and plans to eat the cooked corpse. The animation of the tacked on bit is jarringly different from the rest of the cartoon and low budget. Who made this ending? Rumor has it it was an out of work animator who did it for a Japanese millionaire who was unhappy with the Road Runner always winning.

It always amazed me in the cartoons when they could paint that whole incredibly-realistic-looking perspective shot of the road or a tunnel or something with varying colors and a horizon line with a fading point all with a single paintbrush and usually only like 3 strokes.
The best artists were clearly cartoon characters.
