Anywho, it's that time of year to attempt to keep up with Inktober. Day 1 is "swift" and since Electabuzz classically learn that move somewhere down the road, I decided to demonstrate with horribly half-assed stars :B

Also, i've tweaked Phasor's design a bit to closer resemble an Electabuzz. I'm satisfied =u=
