I mean you totally can but this was just a disposible study, so I don't have the high res file sitting around... I dunno if that's a deal breaker to you or not!

Its all good, No need for high res, after all this is my attempts to get better somehow :P Maybe get enough skill to do collaborations with people but for now, this is good practice for me.

Plus in all honesty, this is amazing for just a speedy study, in my opinion of course.

Well these exercises are sort of an advanced tracing, so I dunno if it's all that impressive. I trace over it while forcing myself to go as fast as possible, studying how the mangaka does the lineart and making sure to copy it as accurately as I can- all while trying to keep undo button presses to a minimum xD my arm always hurts at the end of one of these studies lol.

Honestly, Ive never seen the character before, however this is similar to what ive already done in regards to your picture, so this is good to know!

It's a blanket, so whatever color works! Looks good so far, you should try some light shading though!

Shading is unfortunately not my strong point, I just cant seem to wrap my head around it from the tutorials i see, but I agree, and will be doing so :P
