This is mostly just a personal twist on the AR Virus, one that dives into a semi-plausible form of the virus that gets into scientific/medical terminology and the long-term consequences of such a condition. Similar to HIV and AIDS, this is a Virus that causes a Syndrome, though I left it open that the Syndrome can be genetic in rare cases (or via maybe they're just catching it in the womb?).

The idea came to be while RPing with a friend, and thinking about the Batman Villain "Baby-Doll", who has "Systemic Hypoplasia", the SH of RASH. I merely turned that into a pun about it being a "RASH" given to you by the DIAPR (pronounced like "Diaper", of course) Virus, and expanded on the concept, filling it in with medical and psychology terms; note that at least half of this is probably the medical equivalent of technobabble... while I did take a lot of Biology courses, due to wanting to be a Vet most of my childhood, and I have dabbled in Psychology in my spare time, I'd be surprised if I didn't butcher at least one term.

EDIT: A friend of mine who's mainly into mental AR brought up a good point about the virus possibly causing ONLY mental issues... so I made MUSH as a result. If it doesn't seem quite the same quality as RASH, probably because... not majorly into mental AR itself, and it's basically just "AR of the brain". And in a way, I don't mind if this one has a few... holes in it *cue sound effect indicating horrible pun*
