Well that's kind of how I envisioned them the feral/quad form being small<size of a small or medium bird> and the anthro being size of a normal human. But now that you bring it up it would be fine if they were any size in either form. Because the anthro would be pretty cute as pixie sized X'D and the feral would be just as cute norml fox sized. So I'd say they can shift their sizes to whatever suits their wants or needs
