I'm not going to post all of my inktober stuff here (I'm posting all of them on my tumblr) since I'm doing each as a 1hr speedpaint, but I particularly like this one from Day 2: Division.
Goblin Facts!
An invoker is a mage that channels their own soul outside their body. There aren't that many invokers around and each pays a heavy price to perform this unique kind of spiritual magic. For example, you know you've been through some shit when your soul looks like THAT. Aside from being handy at spying, reconnoitering, and talking to beings both demonic, divine, or otherwise they also serve as the last line of defense against incorporeal foes that threaten the mortal plane. i.e. they can touch ghosts and punch them real hard. Otherwise they're very secretive and most goblin citizens don't even know they are real let alone the nature of their abilities. There are individual covens that operate independently in larger villages around the swamp, but in Palus Tzem most are members of the black mage's guild who have a branch somewhere within the bowels of Kadurro.
