There's actually a few doors that open into this room and that big glass thing on the first floor is a veiwing room to watch what's happening in the workshop

Well, I'm pretty sure Saffy is now staying. There are some things you CAN buy with money. Like a workshop of your dreams^^

If she's running from someone who thought they could buy her with money, I don't think you can buy her with money, even with a workshop.
But being able to provide all you could want is different from expecting you to stay because you are given what you want.

Why not. Batman has his cars as does ironman in his little man cave there are plenty of carparks that have a lift system to retrieve your car. I don't see a problem here.

For a millionaire, this is not a problem. But for your completely run-of-the-mill, standard-issue nursery with which there is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary nosirthankyousir, it's a different story.
Even otherwise, I'm no mechanic, but this doesn't look like a car mechanic's workshop to me. Also, they're parked in a peculiar spot; is there even enough room to drive them there?

Hehehe it's really not a run-of-the-mill nursery I mean most nurseries don't come with a mad scientist and a mechanic usually hahaha. Don't worry Kay just let me explain in later pages

I think it's perfect! I have worked in shops that have a similar layout and yes it wasn't a average mechanic shop it was a custom car shop, the layout is perfect for fabrication. Also the cars aren't just cars they could be raw material for building anything. Cars are just full of nice parts, bearings,springs,electric motors,control switches,lights,structural steel, you name it.

You can't see all walls perhaps there is a ramp or elevator on one of the walls to reach the surface. A fresh air could easily be piped in to ensure breathable air. So why can't there be an underground workshop down there?

I have to wonder about what's under that one sheet Varden seems to be so excited about. It doesn't look like a car to me...also, I'm guessing that I'm going to really like the rules of CTN, but Saffy's probably going to be caught way off guard by them.
