Funny as it sounds, that's his name. i take no credit for the creation for this character as he hails from the book called 'Destroyermen: Into the Storm.' damn fine book, didn't know what i was gettin into when i started readin it. turns out theres a species in there called the Lemurians, which looks sorta like a cross between a caqt a lamur. i always pictured em like this thought. story is the Destroyer DD-163 or the USS Walker if you will, narrowly avoided destruction along with the destroyer Mahan.
They entered a Squall, which i like rian at sea, to escape Imperial Japanese Navy forces and wound up in an alternate reality in the exact same spot. same earth, different people.
And the Lemurians are the main people along witht he Grik, kinda like shaprclaws for Starfox Adventures. So the Walker teams up with em and this guy Chack i ssent ot learn their language. and here he is during GQ or General Quarters, which this is how the book described him save for the rifle, which he was not carrying.
Sooo, Chack-Sab-At belongs to the creator of Destroyermen and the art belongs to me.
