Great art, as usual from you! =^.^=
However, as a pianist myself, the pose looks quite weird.. so if I may voice some criticism:
- He seems to be sitting rather far off to the left, compared to the sheets, while normally both should be in the middle of the piano.
- Is he just playing two keys, and using one whole paw for each? That's quite an unusual way, especially if both notes are so close together. I would give him a few more notes to hit and take the paws further apart.
- The sheets so far down compared to his size will probably ruin his neck muscles.. for that reason, piano lids usually have a sheet shelf in the middle or even higher..

Was he really posed like that? Looks very bunched up and strained. I feel bad criticising art but it's what struck me first and the guy above had some good points. It's meant to be positive advice too, maybe going from a photo limited a more dynamic style. The rest and shading etc is very nice.
Well to be fair, hunching over a piano is a pretty tense position :P But yeah, I still have the original photo (not sure I should share it online though) and I literally copied the dimensions almost exactly, since I wanted to nail the accuracy of the piano and the musician. It's not a subject I draw often (or ever, really) so using a reference was very important.
