Cherry's worst fears are needles, especially those that you KNOW are going to hurt. (so in general all without pain numbing stuff)
Also, I had to get my flushot AS I worked on this so... so.. so relatable! and the needle was tiny!! the actual jabby part was no bigger than my pinkie (which's about an inch long) still hurt. but I have extremely low pain tolerance so. it'd be uncomfortable to a normal person.
