wow i just realized how derp my phone sent that message, bahaha! That what i get for doing two things at once!
But people with physical disabilities already have alot of rights. Fill me in on what they currently dont have. You cant force people to respect strangers even with laws. So that ones off the table. They already have alot of government help thats easily exploitable by non handy-capped citizens, so yes that needs fixed. Im still not sure whats there to fight for...
I've herd of invalidism but i googled normal validism and didnt get much, i got a wiki and a tumblr talk about it but its super vague or isnt related to this.
Not sure if your using the right word

I understand but, when you live with a handicap, and people treat you like a dumb, for example in high school, I was a victim of Bullies who said I'm a "Down Syndrome" (Trisomique in French) It's very painfull to live that. And when I told to people that I'm disable. They didn't believe me because they can't see. And when I do a crisis of anger, people rejected the fault on me and not on my handicap.
In France, a lot of real estate agencies doesn't allow disabled people to have an apartment. Not because it's not adapted to disabled people, but because they live with state aids.
Of course, I understand your opinion, but, yes, we have a lot of rights, but a lot of people doesn't understand us, and sometimes, reject us because of our difference. It's true for LGBT+ people, but it's also true for handicap.
Validism (or Validisme in french) : Oppression experienced by people living with physical or mental disabilities.

Thank you for understanding ^^

Ah i see the europe sign in the back. Never mind, different country so i cant say. Yeah denying handy capped people a home or really any services here in the states will get you jail time depending on what you did. Heavy fines normally and compensation.

And getting picked on in school over a disability is just how people are, laws wont fix that. If anything, change it into a more sneaky thing maybe even make it worse. I was the bottom 10% in popularity in my school and teachers asked ME if i had something wrong, or if i even had emotions. I do, i just didnt think it was appropriate for a High-school student to be crying over bad grades....it seemed small in comparison to other problems ive had. I got called names and beaten up. Its just how kids and people are. You cant change everyone but you can change yourself. Once out of high school my life is much better as i can choose now how im around and at work-how i handle people that still treat me poorly. Im 50/50 on it though/ 50% is their animal side, the side that says that the person being criticized has something wrong with them so its to encourage them to not breed or chase off possible problems in the future. The other 50% is people honestly being dicks because it gets them easy popularity points. But thats the name of the game. When you play life your playing Dark Souls. Git gud, thousands have. You just have to be better and stronger than them, even if it takes you longer. I know personally im far more ahead than 70% of the people i went to school with. Haha suck it class of 11'!
But thats an america opinion, this is a french issue. I have studied Germany, Hungry and Sweden more because there is more information out there. The only thing i know about France is that Le Pen was elected and you guys have the Eifle tower on lock down. So I cant have a proper opinion as the people are different and act different. Maybe you guy are mean in a different way, couldn't say.

Oh~ the word was spelled wrong then. We dont have that word in america probably because we dont have that problem. Other than rudeness, all businesses are forced to build their buildings so all can enter, pass an inspection as well. We protect their ability to be everywhere and do normal things. We just dont help them medically, very well....or really anyone *sigh*
forgot to add- Thanks for informing me, i was just super confused XD
