I'm noticing my DIAPR Virus and RASH concept seems to be well liked, so I'm thinking of gradually expanding the lore of the world, and here's the first instance of that; it's an idea that developed not long after I came up with the idea; something I've noticed that a lot of people don't consider - the socioeconomic responses to the needs of such individuals, or at least not making them actually viable in the real world. I'm gonna try my best to keep it plausible, but I'm no economist... it's more of a hobby to me. Still, I'm very pattern-seeking, and even I can notice treads well enough for stuff like this.

And for those wondering why I'm keeping it somewhat vague, it's because I'm applying this to developed nations all over the world, not just the USA.
