I don't know why... Multiple eyes used to bother me, but I really like the way these pearlescent eyes work on this character's face. I read once in Omni magazine Waaaaaay back in the late 1970s a series of questions posed by Isaac Asimov which included, "Could one be best friends with a giant spider that had to eat live prey but enjoyed playing chess and listening to Mozart?"
