So I tested open canvas a bit, digged how well tablet works with it and how easy it is to do line arts coloring and shading with it.
Unfortunantly backgrounds were harder due of how the layers seem to work with it.. So I cutted her up to GIMP, smoothened up a little, however leaving a little edgyness to the main drawing it self, and then made the background.

Don't like the background too much myself.


Also, I said earlier that I'd place a little bio about her on some other artwork so this will do the trick. Lotsa text a head!

Full name; Minda Damento
Specie; Cat
Gender; Female obviously.

Height; -no presice estimations- Head or two shorter then regular human height.
Weight; -no presice estimations- Somewhat lightweight, but not too light, she has body mass in places afterall. Could say athletic for the size terms.

Personality; You could say she's quite of a manupilative bitch. The type that seeks to gain advantages as much she can, doesn't really mind to hurt people with it either. However, she can act nice from time to time if people are nice to her aswell. But then again, sometimes she can be a bit a paranoid or.. well, just a bitch about people beeing nice to her.
She also has this bit of randomness on her that she might sometimes mood swing temporarely to almost any kind of mood.
When it comes to work and bisnes related things, she's usualy more serious and tries to stay neutral overall.

She is also bit of a drinker, usualy liking all type of alcoholical drinks she can find, but she ain't a total drunktard either though, seeing how she usualy falls off from few ones.

Unlike most of the darkness type of people, she is quite social and can talk with people and learn to know them well, but then again, she still isn't the nicest as refered earlier and will usualy underestimate, envy and dispise people even openly.
It doesn't really matter that much, she likes attention quite a lot. But this ofcourse depends on her mood, again.

Due of the way she usualy acts, she runs into some fights from time to time, but she doesn't really mind that too much, as she's got little sadismn in her aswell.

Sexuality; Tries to act like she ain't intrested, like an a one, but you could lean to a straight aswell as she has tried dating a few times, however due of her mood swings, you could also say bi.
So.. *Shrug*

Alightment; In between of; Evil - Neutral, Chaotic - Neutral. Depends, really. She's bit villain like, but also seeming to be just a jerk.

Job, education, so on;

Minda is highly trained in historical and archeological side.
She has an overall high knowledge when it comes to the history of her home world, and understandment of the ancient languages of her home world. But thats where it's limited at. She doesn't really know history of other worlds, but how would anyone expect this anyway?
Archeological works and thievery with black market is her main source of income, can't put everything to dust in museom, now can ya?

Otherwise her education is rather in the normal state.. Though slightly cut off and "outdated" aswell.


Powers / skills / abilities;

- Corrupted Soul, Soul "tracer";
Minda's home world has this little importance when it comes to souls, hers beeing bit corrupted has gained this little speciality called Soul Tracer. Each time she fights or comes to deebly into contact for certain while. This Tracer does not directly copy any powers, but it slowly improves her excisting resistances against this power, and enforces them into her excisting powers.
*Exsample; If Minda traces -enough- fire based souls, her resistance to fire attacks would increase significantly, she would also be able to make her own attacks into have some fieryness, but she can never actualy fully, purely learn thise abilities. They would always be effected by her darker side.
*Holy and light based attacks are expetition to this tracing, as they hurt her a lot more then other attack types, so she can't really learn em.

-Dark magic.
Minda is magical! Powered by her corrupted little soul and historical training, artefacts from the ancient times and so on. Her magic powers vary from from supportive to curses, and damaging spells. But they all have this thing in common, they are mostly dark based. They however can have sub elemental bases from soul traces.
However, she mostly uses thise spells as "anti special attacking", nullifying opponents to stop them from beam/projectile spamming, weakening them and so on.

-Strong legs, sharp claws.
Minda's biggest meelee advantages, which she prefers to use. Her claws arent sharp for nothing, she slices and dices with 'em. And her legs.. She's really got some kick in 'em, specialy when she decided to put some speed into it.


Weaknesses;

- Mentioned earlier, light and holy related spells and powers can seriously hurt her. Causing temporarely blindness or overall burns. She really doesn't like em. Due of the overall weakness, even friendly holy and light related spells like healings will hurt her.

- Water. She's a cat, its only logical she doesnt want to get fully wet, unless its a shower, swimming or a bath. The overall fear ofcourse comes from the fact that she finds her skirt and headset to be extreemly anoying to dry out. Sometimes she takes to the extreemes with it.

- Stripperific. Oh the humiliations, they always work. Makes her want to retreat all the time if she gets into bad case of shreddings. But thats what you get you for not wearing enough, self punishment really.

- Speed, light weigthness. Get her balance or aim off and she basicly knocks herself out. Grap her tail and swing it around once and toss. Basic speed weakness, what would you expect?


- Drinks drinks and drinks. She just loves drinks! Everything from lemonade to heavy alcohol drinks. She just can't help it for some reason, ofcourse she doesn't like all taste's, too salty or too sour doesnt always work for her. Neither does -too- sweet, though sweet ones are the ones she likes the best.


Background;
Grown in a rich family, in an underground city specialy made for rich people, she really had a care free childhood.
Unfortunantly for her, this pretty much ended near her teen age. She ran into a little accident that changed her fur color. Now, though this doesnt sound too bad, her fur color used to be pink, considered rather rare between the cats around there, it made her a great status symbol for her dad who was one of those poshy rich people trying to get into big deals with their status and all that. Having sucha great unbuyable status symbol broken down, this really really frustated him. Minda not really actualy understanding why, just got confused on this. Now Minda's mom never liked the whole status symbol deal, considering the guy kept her as one aswell from time to time. Not to mention that she also had to take care of Minda most of the time due of the guy beeing a cheapstake finally desided to snap out on him.

There was an year of fighting, Minda however, wasn't really shocked or sad of this. Just.. very confused. In the "what the hell is going on" type of a way. This was one of the reasons why she has started to mood swing a lot.

One day, the fighting between Minda's mom and dad went a bit to the worser side. Minda was about to go outside just to clear her head a bit from all the noise. Walking down the stairs, she heard a puff sound and the fighting stopped. Suprise, suprise, only finding her dad dead on the floor and mom with a silencered gun on her hand. Beeing the final crack, Minda ran off outside to the back, like a headless chicken. Her mom tried to catch her up, like in the usual run away scenes, but she vanished into a "danger" zone, caverns at the outskirts of this underground little city.


It was few years later, when she tought to be dead when she was found about few hundred miles away from the underground city, on the actualy surface near her current home city. She was nursed back to health but she had little problem then, she was only talking in ancient dead languages. Whatever happened to her during thise few years, sure made her a nice gift to the historial science.
Once she was relearned and revised to the common languages, and nursed back to health, she become what she now is.
