So this ones a bit unusual as its a car from one video game series being shown in an entirely different game series. This is the Quartz Regalia featured in one of the Final Fantasy games that Turn 10 decided to bring into Forza Horizon 3. Since this is a mythical car i thought it best to do a paint design on it for someone equally mythical and also beautiful, the Queen of the Dutch Angel Dragons herself  ino89777 Telephone!
