Very nice indeed, clever use of his powers against him. Though, this does mean he will be useless in a storm, yes?
Still, if it was me, what with that guy killing one of my team and all, would have just shot him with guns, probbably while hosing him with water (or whatever liquid that happens to be). And killed him, saying, he was armed, and dangerous, he had already killed one of our men, that was the only option.
But then again, I am a bit of an ass. :p
