this one I actually had to draw twice XDDD

the first time I was drawing it, I accidentally drew it on the back of a copy of my texas tax license!! and I wouldn't have even realized it, if I hadn't made a mistake and had to erase alot of it (turning the page over to dump the shavings revealed the license XDDDD)
you see, I had forgotten about the hat on his knee (the commissioner had asked be to include the hat, and I had already drawn and inked his head, so I figured he'd rest it on his knee while he slept)

this is another of those "if you know this person, (or ARE this person) please let me know so I can credit you ^^
