I know the "oval thing" and I sometimes still use it. xD
If you don't like drawing your own feet, trying googling pictures of feet, or in most cases, shoes that happen to have feet in them. :)
If you DEFINITELY need to draw bare feet, google sandals and remove the sandals part.
Might help a little. ^_^
